EXTENDED REGULAR OFFICE VISIT $100
Extended 30 Minute appointment. For those patients not seen in the last 6 months, for those with a new area of complaint, or for those with multiple areas of treatment required. Includes treatment unless contraindicated.
15 Minute duration. Includes targeted ART treatment to affected area(s), and anything offered with a regular office visit.
ACTIVE RELEASE TECHNIQUE (ART) EXTENDED 30 MINUTE TREATMENT $110
Extended 30 minute duration, for those who simply want more ART, or for those who have multiple areas to treat.
Treatment for BPPV (Vertigo) by performing the Epley Canalith Repositioning maneuver.
Includes comprehensive biomechanics examination for the feet and lower extremity, casting for custom fit orthotics, and finished product custom foot orthotics. This appointment is spread over 2 visits, the first visit is approximately 45 minutes duration where the biomechanical exam is performed, and the foot is cast for orthotics. The second appointment is approximately 2 weeks later, for pickup of the custom foot orthotic and is approximately 15 minutes.
